On March 28-29, 2025, we will celebrate together all that God is doing in and through the women of the Potomac Ministry Network! The ROAR Planning Team is hard at work cultivating a sweet space and program to host the miracles God will do! Our speakers and breakout leaders are chosen and are praying for what God will have them speak to us.
Becoming Holy
ROAR 2025 Theme
Water will gush forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert.
And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness;
They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads.
Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.

Each of these bolded phrases will be a basis for our three main sessions and have guided our chosen breakout options.

Whether this is your first time attending ROAR or you’re a seasoned veteran, we’d love to share key information that will help you – as a leader – navigate the weekend smoothly with the women you’re bringing. We’ll also have a time of prayer together.

FOOD
WATER: We will have complimentary waters at the M Lounge during the event.
LUNCH: Saturday is included in all registrations (Chick Fil-A Sandwiches, Chips & Water).
BREAKOUTS
Two times to choose breakouts will happen on Saturday. One before lunch & one after lunch. We will include the main auditorium as an option, but it will be a breakout similar to others being taught. Women from across our network will be participating as teachers of these breakouts.

M LOUNGE
Missionaries from the Potomac Ministry Network will be in this designated space to share the good things God is doing through our network all around the world! The goal is lingering conversations, for women to become more aware of how our Network is making a difference around the world, and to receive and give prayer & encouragement from & to our missionaries!
Complementary waters & snacks will be provided in this space
PRAYER ROOM
This year we will have a prayer room available during the breakout times. This space will be to pray, but also will have women from our WWL Leadership Team in the space to pray with women & process what God is doing! Guided reflection opportunities will be in this space as well for women to process with Holy Spirit what God is doing in them & what God wants to do through them because of what they’ve experienced at ROAR to that point.

Join the ROAR Choir!
Have a heart for worship? If you or anyone in your group be interested in supporting the Worship team during Friday’s service as part of the ROAR choir, we want to hear from you! Music will be sent in advance to participants and a short rehearsal will be held Friday prior to service. Contact Heidi below to learn how to get involved!
