ROAR 2025
Becoming Holy
ROAR 2025 Theme
Water will gush forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert.
And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness;
They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads.
Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.
- Isaiah 35: 6, 8, and 10

Julie Mullins is the Co-Senior Pastor of Christ Fellowship Church. She is passionate about building healthy teams and a vibrant church culture by investing in leaders across all ministries. Before stepping into the senior lead role, Julie served in the Worship Community, and pastored in both Students and Children’s Ministries. Julie founded, Hope for Freedom, a ministry raising awareness and fighting human trafficking in South Florida and around the globe. Hope for Freedom opened the first safe house for minor girls and has taught over 10,000 students in Palm Beach County on the dangers and signs of human trafficking. Julie leads CFSisterhood, and has a vision to inspire every generation to run their race with confidence and grace. Christina was born and raised in Athens, Greece. At the age of 11, she moved to Canada where she spent most of her young adult life. In 2016, she married her husband Paul and moved to Washington, DC where she and her husband planted and are currently pastoring Overflow City Church. She has been a full-time Pastor for three years, and in ministry for over ten years. She is passionate about discipleship and premarital counseling.
In 2017, her long-time passion to see healthy marriages, opened the door for her to pursue training in premarital counseling. Since 2018, she has been certified and has worked with countless couples across the country by providing faith-based premarital counseling services.
Her passion as a premarital counselor comes from the conviction that a healthy society begins with healthy families, and healthy families begin with healthy marriages. If we can start the journey with the right tools and a healthy perspective, then we can expect longevity in marriage and produce long-lasting, healthy fruit.
